Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and paypal. Parties must be fully paid for before booking is complete.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must contact us via phone at 507-475-1449, within 2 weeks of your scheduled party in order to receive a refund. A $25 service fee will apply unless we can find another date that would better suit your needs.

What is your policy for damaged products?

Any damaged, lost, or stolen items will be the responsibility of the host that booked the party.

Is set up and clean up included when I book my event?

All setup and clean up related to our trailer is included in the final booking price. Enjoy the mess free house so you can enjoy the day. 

How far do you travel?

We travel throughout the Southern Minnesota area with a 30 mile no travel fee. Please see our travel fee page for areas outside of a 30 mile radius.  If your area isn't listed, call to check availability. 

What about bad weather?

We make the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment our top priority. Although our game theater is climate controlled with heat and air units, Mother Nature may have other plans. When inclement weather arises (severe thunderstorm or tornado warnings, extremely high winds, flooding, snow and or ice storms) we reserve the right to postpone your scheduled event when able. 

Can I select the games?

We have a large library of digital games available and something for everyone. Switching games is easy and our Game Coach is happy to help if needed. 

Are the games safe for kids?

Any Game with an ESRB rating Mature will not be accessible unless specifically requested by the host. For any other concerns, discuss with your game coach and we'd be happy to accomodate.
